You are eligible for a refund and/or you can return goods purchased if the conditions below are met:
1. You have not received your order
You are eligible for a full refund if your product has not arrived within 7 days after the order was placed and reasons for the delay have not been provided by us. However, this does not include delayed delivery due to incorrect shipping address information given by you.
2. Damaged product
Most orders placed are correct, dispatched and arrive in excellent condition. However, if the product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund including the shipping cost.
3. Wrong product or missing part
If the product is missing a part or you have received the wrong product, you are entitled to an exchange for the full product and the correct product respectively.
In the above instances, Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
It is advisable that you confirm on arrival that the product delivered is indeed correct and not missing any part so you can return it immediately with the delivery provider if something is wrong.
If you choose to remain with the product after the delivery provider has left, you will be liable for the safety of the product and the cost of returning it back to us.
