This section of the website covers the shipping and returns policy for purchases made via this website. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bright Technologies Limited whereas “you” and “your” refers to the client who made the purchase via this website.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We ship goods to nearly all regions in Kenya. All goods will incur a flat shipping rate of KSH 250.
  2. Deliveries within Nairobi will be shipped within 48hours after an order is placed and 48-72hours for locations outside Nairobi.
  3. Goods will be shipped between 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and 9.30 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Kindly note that shipping times are only estimates and not guarantees. In the event that your goods have not arrived within the specified timelines, we will contact you.
  4. We are not liable for dispatching an order with an incorrect shipping address. Before placing an order, kindly ensure that the shipping address is accurate.
  5. Please respond promptly to any communication from us regarding delivery. Failure to this will result in delayed delivery or canceled delivery.
  6. Additional shipping costs will be incurred for orders that are split between multiple shipping addresses.
  7. Some orders may require sourcing of the products from our distributors. In the event of this, we will communicate to you any delays that we may foresee.
  8. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method. Should you prefer an alternative shipping method, you will be liable for the shipping costs and risks involved.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You are eligible for a refund and/or you can return goods purchased if the conditions below are met:

  1. You have not received your order

You are eligible for a full refund if your product has not arrived within 7 days after the order was placed and reasons for the delay have not been provided by us. However, this does not include delayed delivery due to incorrect shipping address information given by you.

  1. You have received a damaged item, some items are missing or an incorrect product
  • Most orders placed are correct, dispatched and arrive in excellent condition. However, if the product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund including the shipping cost.
  • If the product is missing a part or you have received a wrong product, you are entitled to an exchange for the full product and the correct product respectively.
  • In the above instances, the goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and the original receipt attached so that an exchange can be facilitated.
  • It is advisable that you confirm on arrival that the product delivered is indeed correct and not missing any part so you can return it immediately with the delivery provider if something is wrong.
  • If you choose to remain with the product after the delivery provider has left, you will be liable for the safety of the product and the cost of returning it back to us.
